Who Is Allowed To Become a Medical Doctor?
Who is allowed to become an MD or medical professional? Who is allowed to join in higher education of elite educational institutions? "Meritocracy" and "Free Will" don't exist in the way we PREFER to think about ourselves and our physicians.
We're egos, looking for justification that we're special piles of goo. I AM UNIQUE! That is true. SPECIAL? No. Stanford’s Dr. Robert Sapolsky has long documented how our executions of punishment, reward, meritiocracy, and free will are each and all, "intellectual gibberish." If Sapolsky is correct, then we could randomly choose MDs from a population, and come out with the results we have presently. I would guess that’s correct.

All these exercises of tests, recommendation letters (from POWERFUL/WEALTHY ALLIES, if candidates are CONNECTED to them), interviews, panels, and grades are futile attempts to correlate what intellectually, WE SHOULD KNOW BY NOW, has no predictable correlation for any given human being. What's the issue?

Money. Money, money, money, money, money. Rich people want their kids to become MDs and go into the sciences and Medical Industrial Complex professions. The Empire today warring around the world, controls a CARTEL of RICH PRIVILEGED MDs and RICH PRIVILEGED UNIVERSITY LEADERS - all of whom are destroying the world with self-defined EXCEPTIONALISM, and self-defined ADMISSIONS TO THE CLUB.
Empire Addiction, Wealth Immunity, and the captured Medical Industrial Complex
I created these three terms to describe what we face today, as we lie to ourselves and humanity. Why does all this madness continue?

Medical professionals are captured in cartels with raging Empire Addictions, thus are wholly dependent upon the perpetuation of Wealth Immunity for all their unavoidable crimes and the graft which ensues, under a corrupt Medical Industrial Complex.
This lie will kill us, as sure as the sun will rise - "WE ARE SPECIAL!" No. We are human - all connected and dependent upon each other for the survival of our species. Everything we were sold in this corrupt system of American Empire organized crime, is nakedly shown as a lie, today.
The Medical Industrial Complex has become a cartel of fascist pharmaceutical corporations, insurance ghouls, artificial intelligence fraud, worthless administrators, and wealthy money managers - rather than an art of medicine guided by humans with consciousness, through adherence to a Hippocratic Oath and the connectedness of all things.
Only money drives speech, power, and action in the American Empire's inhumane and failing Medical Industrial Complex. Therefore, only a new honesty about the nature of our human experience will save us from being driven permanently into the ditch. We must awaken to these undeniable truths in this moment of unprecedented existential threat to our species. America’s corrupted supply of money and wealth are unavoidable empire killers. Awakening to the present moment is our only option for a future.

Mediocrity is more like it as the overall health of the country seems to be declining. Doctors are trained and indoctrinated to use only three things...tests and more tests, medical interventions and drugs. That barely scratches the surface of healthy living and healing. The best medicine is mostly free and seldom all that expensive. First on the list is sunshine. Next is a bit of exercise. Then comes diet and then thought awareness to blast away the clutches of stress and anxiety.
