Awakening to "The Con" of America
Patrick Lovell with Jeff Thomas Black - fraud vs. right action in our present moment
I met Patrick Lovell online during this final week of August 2024, after consuming and sharing some of his past work during my research. He’s a filmmaker and producer who has accumulate years of amazing work detailing organized crime in America’s banking and financial systems.
In that process, Patrick has hosted some of the world’s foremost experts on finance, banking, economics, and organized crime. We shared a wide ranging and passionate discussion about the state of our nation - video is also linked in the thumbnail image below. Also included in this post, are links to content that we discussed from Patrick’s work, a Robert Sapolsky video clip, and the short story, “The Ones Who Walk Away From Omelas.” I hope you enjoy our discussion and look forward to your thoughts.
Two of my favorite videos from Patrick’s interviews include his episodes with economist and former Greek Minister of Finance Yanis Varoufakis, and Melody Wright, an always amazing expert detailing the fraudulent economics of America’s real estate market and governmental shenanigans. You’ll observe that Patrick’s both very knowledgeable of the hard evidence he uses to make his case, and highly motivated to create change.
Patrick Lovell Presents: The Clean New Deal, details his ongoing plan to enforce the rule of law, and thus lead everyday people to gain control of America’s economic and financial systems, after their structurally-fueled and enabled capture by global organized crime.
Readers will know my positions regarding the legitimacy of the U.S. Empire - that America is not a capitalist nation of laws. Empire finance is a system of organized crime, techno-feudalist powered monopolies and bankers who dominate us with war, austerity, and genocide. These facts are incontrovertible, regardless of all political party and nationalist cult propaganda to the contrary.
“Corporate profit” and other Wall Street metrics are meaningless to global finance casino bosses and the CEOs who openly commit control fraud. Money laundering and labor laundering create individual wealth for those operating outside of the law, while the public entities of corporations play accounting shell games. Our concept of “money” is relevant to the oligarchy and government, only as iron bars upon our prison cells.
Sapolsky: Who Is Deserving Of Wealth?
As referenced in our discussion, it should be clear to all who wish to know - rich people became so by cheating and stealing, by lying and imprisoning, and by poisoning and murdering - never forget that. They just had the power to do it. NO, THE RICH DON’T deserve the wealth they hoard, while society bears the negative externalities of their unhinged and insatiable greed.
“People in the future are gonna look back on that and say exactly here’s the pathways why that person turned out to be who they were… And oh, ‘what barbarians people were back in the early 21st Century - imprisoning some people and punishing them, based on not understanding this. Or, telling other people that they are better, more worthy humans because they turn out to be more smart at something, and thus can do a successful hostile takeover of somebody’s corporation.” ~Robert Sapolsky, Stanford University, John A. and Cynthia Fry Gunn Professor, Professor of Biology, of Neurology and of Neurosurgery
Political Narratives Don’t Add Up
Below, is the first video of Patrick Lovell’s work that I viewed and it features two excellent guests. "Corruption in Finance" with @WilliamKBlack, JD/PhD, Associate Professor of Law and Economics at the University of Missouri-Kansas City & Michael Hudson, President of The Institute for the Study of Long-Term Economic Trends (ISLET), a Wall Street Financial Analyst, Distinguished Research Professor of Economics at the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
